Senior Advertising Account Executive

We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Account Executive who can manage some of our high-profile clients, fit within our hard-working and passionate team and thrive within a fast-paced, high energy, environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving agency in the heart of Cardiff city centre and work alongside a hugely talented account team comprising an Account Director, Account Manager, and an Account Executive, who drive forward some of the agency’s biggest clients. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll have a minimum of 12 months’ previous experience working in a marketing or design related role. You’ll have significant responsibility in a highly productive team, to liaise with our clients and manage our internal teams to deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns.

Advertising Account Executive

We’re looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our client services team as an Account Executive to work on some of our high-profile clients, fit within our hard-working and passionate team and thrive within a fast-paced, high energy, environment.

You’ll be a pivotal support role for the team to deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns for some of our biggest clients. As an Account Executive you’ll get involved with solving problems, drafting internal and external communications, and documenting progress on a variety of clients’ briefs. You’ll needs bags of enthusiasm, positive thinking, dedication, team spirit, the desire to learn and a passion for creativity and marketing.

Traffic and Production Manager

Reporting to the Head of Production, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all our creative and production assets are created to the expected quality, time and price. The Production team is a small but highly effective hub within the full service agency. They take great pride in leading Golley Slater’s world class production so we can punch above our weight, both here in Wales, and on a national and international stage.

As the Traffic & Production Manager you’ll have significant responsibility in a highly productive team, managing internal creative resources, trafficking workflow and managing external suppliers. This is a wide-ranging and varied role that will see you getting involved in every aspect of internal creative production and external supplier management. You’ll take a proactive approach to managing stakeholder requirements and you’ll help our client teams to deliver a right first time service to our clients. You will effectively manage day-to-day internal teams and other third-party relationships, to deliver creative and production requirements for all the agencies’ clients.

Strategist

As a Strategist, you will help to represent the voice of the consumer in the Agency. You’ll be a part of the team responsible for developing the key strategic insights that underpin communication ideas. Working closely with both client, account team and researchers, you’ll research the market and understand the consumer, help formulate brand communications strategies for clients, and write creative briefs to enable creative teams to produce the best creative ideas.

To be successful in this role, you will be an adept lateral, analytical and strategic thinker and able to apply creative thinking to business problems, as well as being competent with analysing and interpreting complex and various sources of data and statistics. You’ll be a strong and persuasive communicator who is fascinated by human behaviour, social trends and how creative ideas influence people. Ideally you will also have at least 2 years of experience in a strategy/planning role.
