Account Director

As a Media Account Director, you will ensure the successful development and implementation of client campaigns through effective relationship development and profitable teamwork. The role requires an ability to effectively manage high-profile campaigns, partnering with media and agency colleagues, clients and third-party creative agencies to ensure flawless delivery of media campaigns, on-time and on-budget.

Content Creator

Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for creating and editing content for some of Wales’ best-known organisations and brands. You’ll have experience creating motion graphics, be proficient using Adobe After Effects and have a keen eye for design and an understanding of how online content can grab people’s attention through its aesthetic.

You’ll be brimming with ideas for all sorts of content people want to share, be happy creating both words and pictures and you’ll know exactly what makes a tweet, Facebook post or Instagram Story that delivers.

Senior Account Manager

Our Creative Communications teams is looking for an ambitious Senior Account Manager who can manage some of our fantastic clients, fit within our hard-working and passionate team and thrive within a fast-paced, high energy, environment. Day to day, you will typically manage the client relationship as well as internal processes and systems, ensuring that we surpass client expectations and deliver campaigns to brief, on time and to budget. The role will involve managing both public and private sector accounts and project managing campaigns.

As a Strategist, you will help to represent the voice of the consumer in the Agency. You’ll be a part of the team responsible for developing the key strategic insights that underpin communication ideas. Working closely with both client, account team and researchers, you’ll research the market and understand the consumer, help formulate brand communications strategies for clients, and write creative briefs to enable creative teams to produce the best creative ideas.
