We helped to host a GDPR session with our clients

It was all about our clients and team getting together on Tuesday morning as Hugh James partner, GDPR expert – and client! – Emma Burns, took us through what we can safely do under the new rulings that come into play on 25th May. The Hilton Cardiff (client!) looked after us all as Emma navigated our team plus clients and friends from the Welsh Government, Cardiff Airport, Cooke & Arkwright, Plasdwr, Community Housing Cymru, Business in the Community,  Tata Steel, Insight HR and more through the priorities and pitfalls.

We sampled street food and slow-mo at a Networking event

This week, members of our PR and media team went along visit Orchard at a networking event at their headquarters. The team sampling some delicious street food from Purple Poppadom and Science Cream and tried out the latest VR tech as well as a 360 video with some serious slow-mo moves from Hannah and Nia…

Our Apprentices held a bake off bonanza

Two of our apprentices who are working in our recruitment and agency teams organised a bake sale and raffle to raise money for Macmillan Cancer. As part of their apprenticeship, Isabelle and Hannah had to organise an event which they managed to pull off in style with some great raffle prizes up for grabs which they negotiated with local companies including The Guardian, 3D Mar Comms and the Brecon and Radnor Express . So far, they’ve raised more than £350 – well done girls!
