We helped the Welsh Government communicate a new law on intimate piercing

Wales is the first country in the UK to introduce a nationwide ban on the intimate piercing of under 18s. The new law, which came into force this week, makes it an offence for piercing practitioners to arrange and/ or carry out an intimate piercing on under 18s; the aim is to protect children and young people from the potential health harms which can be caused by an intimate piercing.  This week our media team helped spread word about the new law in a variety of ways, including placing Snapchat ads. For more info about the new law, visit gov.wales.
