Organ Donation Wales
Despite the Welsh Government’s new auto-enrolment legislation for organ donation, doctors were faced with a new problem. The grieving families of donors were overruling the decision, insisting that it wasn’t what their loved ones wanted. This meant that many people were still missing out on organ transplants. The Welsh Government needed to act, and we needed to help. We created an advert where viewers could see a man’s face being taken over by various family members, stopping him from being able to speak for himself. Whenever the man tried to express his reasons for becoming an organ donor, a loved one would hijack his face, using emotive language to block his decision.
